💜 About Me Hi, I’m Alexandra (most know me as Alex), proud owner of Knot Just Hair Studio since July 2023. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years and love helping clients feel confident, whether it’s a bold new color, a fresh haircut, or a simple style refresh. My studio is sensory-friendly and welcoming for everyone — kids, teens, adults, seniors, and individuals with special needs. While I’m proud to offer extra patience and care for those who need it, I provide the same dedication and attention to every client who sits in my chair. 📌 Studio Policies Cancellation / No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10 or more minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. Deposit / Booking Fee Policy Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Extra Notes • My studio is a cozy but small space — to keep the environment safe, calm, and comfortable, please limit additional guests at your appointment (exception: parents/guardians accompanying their child). • Consultations are required before booking any color, blonding, or smoothing service to ensure the proper time and product are reserved. • Using professional aftercare products at home is highly recommended to maintain your color and smoothing results. • Payment methods accepted: cash or card. • While tips are always appreciated, they are not required. Cash tips are preferred (inquire within for other options). Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations 24 hours or less notice will be charged a 50% Cancellation fee.
No-shows/no call or text will result in a 100% Non Refundable of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 10 or more minutes late, your service most likely will have to be rescheduled, a non refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
