📌 STUDIO POLICIES Cancellation / No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion, and any deposit or booking fee will be forfeited. Extra Notes • My studio is a cozy but small space. To keep the environment safe, calm, and comfortable, please limit additional guests at your appointment (exception: parents/guardians accompanying their child). • Consultations are required before booking color, blonding, or smoothing services to ensure the appropriate time and product are reserved. • Professional aftercare products are highly recommended to maintain your color and smoothing results. • Payment methods accepted: Cash or card. • Gratuities are appreciated but never required.
