Hello, my name is Alexandra, most know me as Alex. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for several years. I love to be able to enhance the natural beauty of my clients. Whether it be with a fun, bold new color or even a simple haircut. My goal is to really understand what my clients are looking for and to help them achieve their perfect look and hair goal! Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.
I respectfully request a 24-hour notice for any changes to your appointment and for cancellations to avoid any cancellation fees. You will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation/No-Show fees are non refundable.
I understand that sometimes, things out of our control (emergencies/sickness) happen and last minute schedule adjustments are necessary.
A credit/debit card is required on file for all appointments.
Regarding all Color/Chemical Services,
A credit or debit card is required for all color/chemical services as well as a non refundable booking fee to hold your appointment. All non refundable booking fees will be used towards your total service amount. If you need to cancel and you reschedule within 24 hours, your non refundable booking fee will still be applied to your re-scheduled appointment. If you cancel your color/chemical service appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the service(s) scheduled. Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Your booking fee may only be applied once to your next appointment, if you cancel again your booking fee is not refundable and you can not use it towards another appointment.

CREDIT/DEBIT SUBJECT TO 3.5% SERVICE FEE
If you do not contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment and you do not show up, you will be subject to a “No Show” fee and I will respectfully decline all future appointments.
